Please note that every item we sell comes with a 30 Day Exchange Warranty.

    * Items that are damaged during shipping, or do not meet your expectations must be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt to receive a full refund. (Return Shipping Fees Are The Responsibility Of The Buyer)
    * Please note: Not all items we sell apply to this policy, some items are non-refundable and are covered by our 30 day replacement warranty.
    * Video Games, DVD's & Audio CD's come with a 7 Day Replacement Warranty for Defective Discs!  We also offer a 30 day free repair warranty for scratched discs. If you scratch it, we'll repair it!  Please note that if the disc can not be repaired, we are not responsible for a replacement disc. Our 30 day repair warranty is a free service provided by VideoGameBooklets.com.
    * Limited Edition items are non-refundable. If an item is sold as a "Limited Edition," the item is non-refundable. We will "Insure" Limited Edition items to ensure that the item is delivered to you in the same condition that it was listed here on our site. If the item is damaged during shipping, you must follow through with a Postal Claim to get reimbursed. Please contact us immediately if your item was damaged during shipping so that we can send you the insurance tag to file a claim. Please note that we will always "Insure" the item for the purchase price + shipping fees.
